1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Launch In Ten website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users, regardless of geographic location. By using this platform, you waive your rights to any other jurisdiction, and agree that only the laws of Canada and the courts in Ontario, Canada will apply.

2. Service Overview

Launch In Ten provides tools to create landing pages for a one-time fee, with optional hosting services at a monthly rate. We do not provide legal, financial, or marketing advice. All landing pages are created by the user, and they are solely responsible for the content they publish.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• Not to upload or use any illegal, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.
• That your landing page will comply with local, national, and international laws.
• That you will not impersonate any person, brand, or business.
• That you are solely responsible for the content, functionality, and privacy practices of your published page.

4. No Refunds Policy

All payments made to Launch In Ten are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you agree that no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstance, including early cancellation, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

5. Hosting and Third-Party Tools

We offer optional hosting services. You may also export your landing page and host it elsewhere.

If you use third-party tools or services (such as Mailchimp, Calendly, Stripe, etc.), you acknowledge:

• These services have their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policies.
• Launch In Ten is not responsible for the behavior, security, or performance of third-party services.
• It is your responsibility to read and understand their terms before using them.

6. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Launch In Ten, its owners, affiliates, agents, contractors, employees, or any representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees), or other harm resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Content you publish through your landing page
• Violations of third-party rights
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations

In any event, if legal action is taken against us, and if any damages are awarded, you agree that the maximum total amount you or any party may be entitled to is $1 CAD.

Launch In Ten and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information across our platform. However:

• We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on our website or services.
• Launch In Ten is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or outcomes related to the use of this information.
• We reserve the right to modify or update information at any time without notice.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

You agree that:

• Any dispute or claim shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Regardless of your location, you waive any right to litigate outside of Canada.
• By using our services, you accept full and exclusive jurisdiction in Canada.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, code, and templates available through Launch In Ten are the intellectual property of Launch In Ten and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Launch In Ten platform
• Use our templates or code outside of our platform without written consent

10. Cookies Policy

Launch In Ten uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, collect analytics, and provide core functionality.

By using the site, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with Canadian privacy laws and industry best practices. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect your site experience.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, or for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

13. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Launch In Ten and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

15. Age Requirement and Legal Eligibility

To access and use Launch In Ten, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence (whichever is greater).

By using this platform, you confirm and agree that:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• You are not under the age of 18 or otherwise legally restricted from entering into contracts.
• If acting on behalf of a business or entity, you are authorized to bind them to these Terms.

If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using this platform. If we discover that a user is underage or has misrepresented their age, we reserve the right to immediately terminate access without refund or liability.

Launch In Ten is not intended for use by minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

16. Attribution Requirement

All landing pages created using Launch In Ten must include a visible and functional credit line that states:
“Developed by Launch In Ten”, with a link to https://launchinten.com.

This attribution:

• Must remain visible in the footer or a similar persistent location
• Must not be removed, altered, or obscured
• Applies regardless of where the page is hosted (including third-party servers)
• Applies in perpetuity, even if the client discontinues hosting with Launch In Ten or modifies the page

By using our service, you agree not to remove or disable this attribution without prior written consent. Unauthorized removal may result in legal action, denial of support, and revocation of all licensing rights to use the page.
